Shipping policy

How prints are packed

Prints ship flat — never rolled — in an archival sleeve inside a rigid board-backed mailer or box. Prints are sold unframed. Where a print includes a window mat, the mat ships hinged to its backing board with the print already in it.

When a print ships

Prints held in the studio ship within 5 business days of the order.

Prints made to order are enlarged, processed, washed and dried before they can be packed, and that takes time that cannot be hurried without hurting the print. Allow 2 to 3 weeks. If a particular print is going to take longer than that, you will hear from the studio rather than be left waiting.

Where prints ship

Within the United States, and internationally on request — write before ordering from outside the US so the packing and cost can be quoted properly.

Tracking is sent by email when the print leaves the studio.

Duties and customs

International orders may attract duties, taxes or customs fees on arrival. Those are set by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility; they are not collected at checkout.

A wrong address

If an address needs correcting, email as soon as you can. Once a print has shipped to an address you supplied, a reshipment is a new shipping cost.
